Prenatal yoga, embodied birth preparation, and village for expectant mothers on Maui.
Beginning September 2026
There is so much information available about pregnancy.
What can be harder to find is a place to actually be pregnant.
To move.
To breathe.
To ask questions.
To hear another mother's experience.
To laugh.
To soften.
To prepare for birth while being witnessed in everything that comes before it.
Village Prenatal is that space.
A supportive practice designed around the changing pregnant body. We move with intention, build useful strength and mobility, explore breath, and make space to slow down and listen.
This is not about performing yoga while pregnant. It is about developing a deeper relationship with the body carrying you toward birth.
Birth preparation is more than knowing stages and terminology.
We explore breath, movement, positioning, comfort, body awareness, relaxation, choice, and ways of staying connected to yourself through the intensity and unpredictability of birth.
You will practice alongside other expectant mothers.
There will be room for conversation, questions, stories, uncertainty, laughter, and real connection.
The class ends. The village doesn't have to.
— Be flexible.
— Have practiced yoga before.
— Know how you want to give birth.
— Have everything figured out.
You only need to arrive in the body and pregnancy you have today.

Motherhood was never meant to happen in isolation.
